Categories

• Junior Chefs (3-10 years): Recipes without using an open flame.
• Senior Kids (11-16 years): Recipes with or without an open flame.
• Youth (17-30 years): Any recipe using edible oils.
• Masters (30+ years): Any recipe using edible oils.

How to Participate

1. Step 1: Register by filling the Form by submitting details required. Registration Fees: ₹99/- Only. Pay on the scanner and upload screenshot in this form.
2. Step 2: Follow Us on Instagram Follow our official Instagram page: @mysaturngrp for updates, tips, and announcements related to the contest.
3. Step 3: Prepare Your Dish Create a recipe showcasing healthy cooking practices as a key point. Options: Soups, main courses, breads, desserts, snacks, or drinks.
4. Step 4: Capture Your Culinary Journey Submit: A photo of the raw ingredients, A video/photo of the cooking process (10 seconds minimum), A photo of the completed dish, A photo of you holding the dish.
